A Simple Note Before You Begin

These are the simple agreements that help keep this work clear, respectful, and aligned for both of us.
My intention is to create an environment built on integrity, clarity, and mutual responsibility - so you always know what to expect, and I can continue offering this work in a way that’s sustainable and true to its purpose.

1. Overview

The Interior Journey is a body of work created and offered by Julia Dungan (referred to as “I,” “me,” or “my"). It includes one-to-one sessions, written materials, creative resources, and original artwork designed to support self-understanding and personal growth through symbolic and archetypal frameworks.

By engaging with this website or any session, service, or product offered through The Interior Journey, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Nature of the Work

The Interior Journey is an educational and reflective process. It is not therapy, counselling, medical advice, or fortune telling - it’s a framework for seeing your life through a symbolic lens and taking personal responsibility for what you find there.

By participating, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own choices, wellbeing, and interpretation of what’s shared.

3. Eligibility

You just need to be a human being to book or participate in sessions.

Because all human beings have a blueprint - and the potential to understand and live it.

4. Booking & Payment

All sessions are booked directly through Julia once your birth details have been received and your chart confirmed as readable. Full payment is required before your session date is confirmed.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled session are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours notice.

For longer-term offerings such as The Odyssey, payment plans are available and will be clearly discussed in advance.

5. Refunds

All services are non-refundable once preparation or delivery has begun. Because this work involves significant time, energy, and custom study, refunds cannot be issued for change of mind.

If something unexpected happens - illness, emergency, life doing what life does - please reach out. Where possible, we’ll reschedule.

All digital or downloadable purchases (like guides, rituals, or written resources) are non-refundable once access has been provided.

6. Intellectual Property

All written material, artwork, frameworks, and concepts within The Interior Journey - including the language, metaphors, diagrams, and structural systems - are original intellectual property belonging to Julia Dungan.

You’re welcome to use what you learn for your own growth and reflection - just don’t be a dick. Please don’t copy, share, teach, repackage, or distribute it as your own.

Integrity matters here.

7. Confidentiality

All personal information shared during sessions or through email correspondence is treated with care and confidentiality. Notes or charts created for your work are stored securely and never shared without your consent.

Privacy and respect are part of the structure that makes this work safe and meaningful.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Interior Journey and its creator accept no liability for any direct, indirect, or consequential outcomes arising from your participation in this work. You agree to take full responsibility for your decisions, actions, and interpretations that result from engaging with this material.

9. Artwork & Commissions

All commissioned artworks, books, sculptures, or jewellery are handmade originals. A 50% non-refundable deposit confirms your commission, with the balance due upon completion.
Timelines vary depending on materials and creative process; patience is part of the collaboration.

Copyright for all artworks remains with me the artist. You may display or gift your piece, but it cannot be reproduced, scanned, or sold without written permission.

10. Privacy

Your contact details are used only for communication regarding sessions, commissions, or materials you’ve requested.
Your information won’t ever be shared, sold, or use for anything without your explicit consent.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be handled within the New Zealand legal system.

12. Updates

These Terms of Service may be updated periodically to reflect changes in offerings or policies. The updated version will always be available on this page, with the date clearly stated above.
